I keep hearing about this big price drop on the PS3’s

I keep hearing/reading about the big price drop on PS3 but just last week at wal-mart i looked at the price and it’s still right at $600 and thats just for the standered PS3 and the PS3 Bundle pack which inculdes harddrive,internet and all that was close to $1000. So what i’d like to know is when and how much is this price drop going to be?

    I heard it was yesterday, and it was about $100.

    I heard it on the news yesterday…they plan to make a ‘cheaper’ version…for about $300. No word on when though
