I'm not sure if it'll top out in America this Generation. Before, it was on top right from the get-go, and Xbox and Nintendo couldn't compete. Now, Sony screwed up too much, I don't know if they'll be able to make it up. Their selection of games is HORRID, and their once 'Playstation Only' games are now jumping ship to the 360.. I personally, got a 360 about a year ago, mostly because I didn't like what the Playstation Offered. I go for what has the best games and setup from the getgo, not what will be the best 4 years down the road =p

And plus.. 2010? That has to be a joke. By then, I guarentee that the next generation will be on the horizon by then, if not already here. For some reason I can't picture the current Gen systems sticking around for 5 years, but hey you never know.

It all comes down to, don't look at what will be the best seller at 2010. Don't look at whats the most powerful machine. Don't look at whats cheapest.. Look at which system has the games you REALLY wanna play. For me, this time around, that was the 360. Who knows, in 5-6 years, I might get a PS4 .\

If yer not having fun, it's a waste, even if it IS a powerful system, or if you DID get the cheaper system.
